Salt Lick Incubator Artist Project Grant

Applications open in January 2027 and close February 15, 2027. We offer artist project grants, ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 to artists for projects such as producing a song or album, creating a music video, developing social media assets, pressing vinyl, touring, or enhancing branding and marketing strategies.

                Who Can Apply?
                U.S. citizens or individuals eligible to work in the United States, age 18 or older. Open to emerging independent artists and small groups working in melody- and lyric-driven music. Applicants must own their master recordings, have no active record-label contract, have released no more than three full-length original albums, and must not have accepted an advance for the proposed project.
